Hi, everyone! The DCAC Fitness Convention in August in Reston is only $189 (for TODAY only)! If you need CECs or just want to learn new ways to make your muscles hurt, this fitness convention is perfect. The prices goes up at midnight. I go every year and it never disappoints. We need to talk about ways normalize and eating. For most people it is not done overnight. It may take years before someone can make the switch. We should not radicalize but rather help people to make small changes toward a whole food plant based eating plan for a healthier body and a healthier planet.
