The Open Champs allows USBC members to test their skills against bowlers from all over the world.

The USBC Open Championships boasts over a hundred years of history and tradition and has become an annual destination for competitors of all ages and skill levels. It’s a chance to test their skills on two challenging lane conditions, spend time with friends and family, see a variety of cities across the country and measure their skills against USBC members from all 50 states and several foreign c

Congratulations to Gregory Thompson of Gilbert, Arizona for rolling an 804 series during his singles set at the .

Thompson had games of 279, 246 and 279 putting him in fifth place in Regular Singles.

This is not Thompsons first time in the spotlight at the Open Championships as he became the first bowler to roll a 300 and 800 at the 2025 event held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at the Raising Canes River Center.

Justin Burchell shot his first 300 today in the second game of his team event.

Todd Jones shot games of 290, 259 and 268 for an 817 series moving him into second place in Regular Singles.
