7-Stars Praying Mantis Gung fu instruction Learning at Our School starts with training in language, stance, breath, shape, flexibility and strength.

Students are taught one on one, the terminology, exercises and drills necessary for learning the 7-Star Syle. This training also includes the hows and whys of our style as well basic training forms, two person drills and applications.
