hidden falls farm

I have not been very good about posting updates or results lately. Here is an overview of our last show in Del Mar.

Region One is a wrap! Everyone is home safe and sound. This was one of the most well run horse shows I have been to. Everyone was so friendly and there was great comraderie among all exhibitors. Great horses and great competition.

We had a great show. Khorey and Spyce really grew up over the weekend and came to the party. They got their best scores yet!
Samantha and Spyce are really developing as a team and getting this western dressage figured out. They also received their best scores yet! It is so much fun watching them come together.
Lightning only had one championship class and that was the FEI test of choice. We did the I-2 and really worked through our tougher movements and got great feedback from the judge.
Patience and Zap had a great show winning most of their classes.

We are excited to welcome Katie Morwen Stearns to the farm on Friday January 9th for an in-hand/ground work clinic. This will be a great opportunity for young horses, deepen your connection with your horse, or just learn something new and fun. PM for details if you would like to participate.

We have power!

We do not have any storm damage and all the horses are safe and happy. However, we do not have power and do not expect it today. If you are coming to the farm, be very careful. There are power lines down all throughout the Heights and on our road.
