We get it in. Circuit consists of flat bench, then straight to skull crushers, then flies, end with 20 burpees. Four sets on this circuit reps are 20,15,12,10. Second circuit incline bench, then straight to triceps pull-downs, then close grip incline bench with dumbbells. Same reps 20,15,12,10. Then abs, we get it in at Boom Camp Fitness. -love

I probably get asked at least 3 to 4 days out the week at the gym what do I eat and what should they eat. Well one things is no carbs on my last meal and 99% fat free meat (protein) and some good veggies and fresh veggies not in a can but fresh.
