Last Tuesday was officially 1 year of putt night. Shout out to Frank the tank. He took down his first win at Putt Night. He has cashed before but this was the first top spot finish. He has been grinding to get there and I'm proud to say he knocked me out of the winners pic after 10 weeks of cashing in a row. My reign is over. Brian Ray consistently holding down the top 3 spots. And new guy Zack was super impressive with a top 3 finish. As always thank you to Devi and DfwDiscGolfCenter for their support. Last night we had 14 players and it was a blast. I heard so many people talking about how much fun they had last night and that really makes this all worth it. The pot was $100 paid out to 4 players and 5 prizes were paid out. Matt Martin took down the top spot with 29pts. Kyle, Cory and myself played off for second at 27pts. Kyle took it down on the second playoff hole, I was third, and Cory was 4th. Tyler Trout beat out Matt Q for 5th and 6th respectively. Congrats Matt Q for placing on your first night with us. The top 5 spots were within 4 points of 1st place. Very respectable guys. Our top lady of the night was Robyn Porter. A solid showing of 15 points won her a beautiful disc donated by Kidsdisc.com and she was the first player to hit the triple mando hole! Even the gallery was yelling when that one dropped! Shout out to our newest lady player Erin for scoring and getting on the board. We hope to see you and Anthony again soon. Eddie Grieger, Hoover, Doug Fritz, Shane Stovall, Frank Douglas solid showing gentleman. You were all very close to breaking the top spots.

From now on the bar cash added will be based on attendance so we know what the deal is every week. The structure will be 50% added cash up to 14 players. At 15 players it moves to 75% and at 20 players the bar will match the pot at 100%.

last night was a smaller turnout than the last few weeks. That being said it was still a close race to the end. I won for the second time this month and collected $30 and an Ideal Discs hat. Fabian Serrano took down second and collected $10 and a new putter. Brian Ray took down 3rd and a new putter. Skip Maxwell played a great final 10 holes and pulled down 4th and a new putter! Congrats to you all. I hope you had a blast. Next month we will be sponsored by Devi and the DFW Disc Golf Center. The venue is going back adding cash to the pot. It will be at least 50% of the total pot and all money goes to payout. This will mean that we will begin to pay deeper into the field and the top spots will earn more!
