Our Olympic lifting cycle starts next week. Before we load it, spend two hours getting the foundation right.

Saturday, September 12
7:30 to 9:30 AM
Arnold CrossFit

The sn**ch and the clean and jerk are the two most technical movements we ask you to do, and most of us learned them in the middle of a workout with a clock running. That is a hard way to build a position. This seminar slows it down. We go through the setup, the pulling positions, the turnover, and the catch, one piece at a time, with eyes on every rep.

We run cycles at Arnold CrossFit because you succeed at what you focus on. We'll talk about the next eight weeks. What we are working toward, why the sessions look the way they do, and where you specifically should put your attention when the barbell comes out.

Every experience level is welcome. If you have never done a full sn**ch, this is the best possible place to start.

Free for members. $20 for everyone else. Sign up in Wodify the same way you book any class.

The best moments at Arnold CrossFit is never the workout itself. It's the sound the room makes when someone finally gets the thing they have been chasing for months.

First pull-up. First 200 pound squat. First class that felt smooth instead of survivable.

Our coaches build the plan and hold the standard. Our members build the room that makes it worth showing up for.

That is the whole reason we do this. Not the equipment, not the whiteboard, not the numbers on it. Watching someone find out they were capable of more than they walked in believing.

You will surprise yourself here. We plan on being in the room when it happens.

Losing weight and keeping it off are two different skills.

Crash diets work until you stop. GLP-1s work while you are on them. Both can move the scale. Neither one teaches you how to build a plate, hit your protein, eat at a restaurant, or handle a week when everything goes sideways.

So what happens when the diet ends or the prescription does?

That is the question we care about. Our nutrition coaching is built around teaching you how to eat, not handing you a meal plan and hoping it sticks. You learn what your body needs, how to adjust as your training changes, and how to make it work in real life.

The goal is not a smaller number for a few months. It is knowing what to do for the rest of your life.

Nutrition coaching is open now. Message us to get started.

Twenty sessions in a month is roughly five days a week, every week, around work and kids and everything else. That consistency is what actually moves numbers on the whiteboard.

September starts today and the count resets. Everyone on this list, grab a free drink from the fridge on your next visit. Tell the coach on duty it is on us.

We are proud of every athlete who competed at HOA this weekend.

Multi day competition is a different animal. Several events across days, recovery to manage, nerves between, and a team counting on you for every rep. Signing up for that when you could have stayed in a regular class takes something.

We watched the last few weeks up close. Extra sessions. Transitions practiced until they were clean. Real conversations about who takes which reps and when to swap. That work showed up on the floor.

You represented this gym exactly the way we would want. Thank you for that.

It's been a good week here at Arnold CrossFit 😎

We sn**ched heavy, went long on cardio, carried heavy, and got out of our comfort zones.

Barbells moved fast, engines got tested, and a few of you found out you had more in the tank than you thought.

Drop your favorite part of the week in the comments. Best workout, best lift, best moment, we want to hear it.

Not injured, but something feels off. That gray area is where most people either ignore it or panic.

Dr. Zoe from Adapt Performance Physio | Dr. Zoe Munie, PT, DPT, BRM is back to answer the question we get most often from our members. What do you do when nothing is wrong, but something is not quite right?

Her short answer: that vague feeling is information, not a verdict. Track it. Note when it shows up, what movement brings it on, and whether it fades once you warm up. Then adjust the load or range before you adjust the whole training week.

Most of these clear up with a small change and a coach who knows what to watch. The rest get caught early, while they are still easy to fix.

Talk to your coach before class. That is what we are here for.

Ready to give us a try? Your first class is still free.

Twenty of our athletes hit 20 or more classes in July.

That number does not happen by accident. It happens on the Tuesdays you were tired, the mornings the alarm felt early, and the evenings you had a hundred reasons to skip and came anyway.

Consistency is the one variable that changes everything else. Strength, conditioning, body composition, confidence under a barbell. All of it follows attendance.

Congratulations to everyone on this month's list. You set the standard for the rest of us.

Free drink from the cooler is on us next time you are in. Its our way of saying thank you.

August is open. Same door, same clock, same choice.

Ready to give us a try? Your first class is still free.
