When do you close the outdoor pool??

So it’s not possible to buy just an outdoor pool pass for the summer? I live in the city of Arnold. Is there a daily rate for the outdoor pool? It used to be $6.00

More than just a little disappointed with the Lifeguards at the red center today. I've been swimming laps almost every day for the last 4+ months. And since school got out, my daughter that is at the age where she is too old to go in the daycare, has swam laps with me almost once a week. I asked at the fromt desk as well as the lifeguards before we started this. We have always been courteous of other exercisers and if someone wants to swim laps, I have her walk in the lazy river so she isn't in the way and she is courteous of those walking there as well. It has never been a problem in the past but today she was kicked out because she isn't 13. She is too old for the day care (and they are amazing and still let her come with her little sisters once in a while) and she is too young to be left exercising anywhere else by herself. She was with me exercising and we were told that she had to get out of the pool. The lifeguard that kicked us out has even been in there before while she was swimming with me.

Arnold Recreation Center would like to invite you to a safe and inviting place for kids to have fun and learn to swim. Our main focus is water safety, while simultaneously fostering a love of swimming, and encouraging youth fitness and confidence. We have Certified Lifeguards on-duty during all swim lesson activities. This is in addition to the Swim Lesson Instructors that enjoy teaching young persons the basics as well as advanced strokes for swimming. We believe the foundation for a child’s cognitive growth is rooted in two key factors: a safe environment and learning through guided play at any age. This is how kids develop the skills that ultimately give them the courage to dive into new experiences.
Please allow our swim program to foster overall fitness and a love of swimming for your child.
Registration is now open, and classes will begin on November 1st (Tuesdays), 3rd (Thursdays), or 5th (Saturdays). This is a 7-week session ($70 for Group and $175 for Private 1:1 instruction).
