So proud of our Muay Thai and Boxing team students for tackling this weekends back-to-back events! They worked hard to prepare and did not disappoint when it was time to put it all together. We can’t wait to get back in the gym this week to sharpen our skills even more for the next challenge!

We’ve been working! Hello Mission families and friends. July has been a busy but exciting month of classes and summer camps at the gym.

We also traveled to FL with our TKD team and competed in AAU’s TKD National Championships this month. Currently the Muay Thai and Boxing team is finishing up their preparation for their early August competitions.
