Weeks 1-2 of our Triphasic Training block focus: Isometrics💪🏼

We break down our annual 8 week training block into a few different segments. Isometrics, Eccentrics, Concentrics, and Speed.

We use two weeks per block - to break down and educate our athletes on the importance of how to lift properly, and understand what is being activated during these lifts. After our 8 weeks, we retest our maxes between 1-3RM to see any improvement.

Working between percentages of 60-90% (including overload) in an undulating manner. Used for all young and adult athletes.

Squatober begins October 1 and is free for all BOLDT Athletics members this year! Workouts will be available directly in Wodify beginning October 1. Nonmembers can participate through TrainHeroic for $20, with registration opening September 20. Squatober T-shirts are also available for preorder in the Wodify Shop for $55 through October 9.
