Thank you for such a comprehensive blood test! As healthy as I’ve thought myself to be, I definitely have some changes to make ahead! Here are some I’m committed to:
✔️ reducing pesticide exposure/buying more organic
✔️ reducing PFAS exposure/purchasing more glass
✔️ eating more fiber in order to eliminate other toxins
