🌿 Yoga in the Park is Back!
It’s officially our favorite time of year. Yoga in the Park is the heartbeat of both our Arvada community and Gray Yoga—a free weekly gathering built to bring people together.
Every Saturday morning, a rotating lineup of your favorite Gray Yoga teachers will lead an all-levels flow. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years, this movement session is designed for you.
Grab your crew, enjoy the fresh air, and come breathe with us!

When: Every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM (Starting June 6th)
Where: McIlvoy Park (5750 Upham St, Olde Town Arvada)
Cost: Completely FREE
Who: Friends, family, neighbors, and kiddos—everyone is welcome!
🎒 What to Bring
[ ] A yoga mat or a large towel
[ ] A water bottle to stay hydrated
[ ] Any blocks or props you love to use

Between school, screens, and social pressures, teens’ nervous systems are running on high alert. Burnout often shows up as physical tension, super high energy, or an inability to find stillness.
Here are 3 subtle signs your teen needs a nervous system reset:
1️⃣ Physical Armor: Holding tight tension in the shoulders, neck, or jaw, and struggling to rest.
2️⃣ Unbalanced Prana: Swinging between super high energy and deep lethargy.
3️⃣ The “Mind Monkey”: Finding it incredibly difficult to sit in quiet or stillness without reaching for a distraction.
Through mindful movement, philosophy, and conscious rest, yoga helps teens tone the vagus nerve and transition from “fight-or-flight” into a grounded, resilient state.
