Hi my dear sweet friends. I just wanted to let you all know that I will not be holding classes March 16th through the 27th.
The location I teach at is shut down for some deep cleaning. I will be so so so sad to not see your beautiful smiling faces these next two weeks.

So far this month we have talked about:
•Committing to love.
•Remembering that you are Awesome and worthy of love!
Tonight we talked about loving people for who they are and what they bring to the table.
Other people aren't you! They don't do the dishes the way you would, work like you would, clean like you would, handle conflict the way you would, be a friend the way you would, parent the way you would and they shouldn't...
Let's start loving others just as they are and stop expecting "YOU" from people.
The idea for the week is to revisit the 5 love languages for yourself as well as for those close to you. How you get your love tank filled is probably different than those around you. Maybe take time this week to check in and ask how you can love people in their language.
