All of the versions of me that I have
been have served their purpose.
All of the versions of me that I am
are serving their purpose.
All of the versions of myself that I
have yet to be will serve their purpose.
I trust in the wisdom of my inner journey.
With gratitude and pride, I let go.

My dearest restaurant workers. Mother's Day weekend is here.
You can survive this.
I know this is about to be really challenging for a lot of you.
Even if your managers don't tell you, even if you mess up a whole bunch of tickets....
I know your body is about to be tired. Your feet might swell, your hands too, your lower back is going to feel it, and by Sunday night you probably won't want to see another human for a week. But it's also quite possible that you work really soon and you need to pick yourself back up and keep going.
I know it's hard. I also know that you love this.
So let's decompress together after the madness. Let's release some of that tension you're going to be carrying and take care of your bodies before the next week begins.

Being a part of this initiative to raise money for Jefferson Center for Mental Health is something that resonates with me deeply and personally. There have been many people in my life who have needed services like this, and I am so grateful that the people I have loved had spaces like this to heal in.
We need to remove the stigma around mental health and show up for each other as we move through this world, together. Jefferson Center helps so many people in our community, and if we can join together to support their mission, we make their services more accessible for more people who need them.
I hope you'll join us. ๐
This May, Boundless is proud to partner with Jefferson Center for Mental Health in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
Jefferson Center has been a cornerstone of behavioral health care in our community for over 65 years, providing compassionate mental health and substance use services to individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay. Their work is vital, and we are honored to stand alongside them this month.
At Boundless, we have always believed that mental health and physical wellness are not separate conversations. Everything we offer, from massage to yoga to energy work, is rooted in the understanding that the body and mind are deeply connected. Partnering with Jefferson Center this May feels like a natural extension of who we are and what we care about.
Here is how we are showing up this month:
20% of Safe Space Yoga proceeds all month long will be donated to Jefferson Center. Safe Space Yoga runs every Sunday and Thursday in May, and space is limited so we encourage you to register early.
Amber will be hosting two donation-based Mindful Meditation classes with all proceeds going directly to Jefferson Center.
Wednesday, May 20 | 6:30 - 7:15pm
Friday, May 22 | 12:00 - 12:45pm
We have so much love for this community and we are grateful to have a space where conversations about mental health are not just welcome, they are part of the practice.
