We had a great Elite 3-Day Wrestling Camp at Arvada West High School last week. Coach Hafke brought in an awesome group of coaches for the event. Here is Carrington Banks, current Professional Belator fighter, giving these young wrestlers some tips they can use in any match they compete in. We also had 2010 Heavyweight NCAA champion at Iowa State Dave Zabriskie there for a day, as well as Arvada West legend Kyle Sand, the first 4 time undefeated State Champion in Colorado history with a career record of 125-0. @ Arvada West Senior High School
