A MESSAGE FROM KIBBY AND SHAWN:
October is here!  Everyone in our hockey family will hit the ice this month.  We look forward to seeing all ages and levels coming to the rink each and everyday.  This is a great time to reinforce the importance of Gold Code #1.   We have introduced the Gold Code this season to define our club culture and emphasize the important values our club structure strives for.   
#1  OFFER A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT……. Arvada Hockey is a place where ALL players should feel welcome and encouraged to train and complete. We offer many skill levels at every age group to support EVERY PLAYER at their current ability.

This is a large undertaking that involves every parent, player, coach and Apex staff member we are partnered with.    Gold Code #1 has been an important value to our club for decades.   Recently, USA Hockey has provided even more structure to this important value through back ground check and locker room monitoring.   With the kick off to the season and everyone returning to play this week I encourage everyone to seize the energy and moment of the new season. Welcome our new families and coaches with open arms.  Trust in the community and family we have at Arvada Hockey.  We get the best out of our players when they know the ice rink is like a second home.   

It is a Great Day for Arvada Hockey!

Arvada Hockey families, the Girls 12U team has two blankets available to keep you warm at the ice rink! Take a look and follow the link to sign up for one. They will arrive the first week of November (great for holiday gifts!) Yes, we have the heavy super warm version again, and a lighter version that’s better for traveling!
