A great day of training with Master Parnell yesterday!

Afterwards a student told me, "Master Parnell is a great instructor and clearly lives and breathes his message. It was a great refresher on how to be the best human you can be. A reminder of the truest reasons we train."

The fall schedule starts on August 14th!
Gumdo classes will be Friday nights, 7:15-9:15 pm, and Sunday mornings, 9:30-11:30.

Colorado Haidong Gumdo is joining with Red Dragon Martial Arts in Arvada to bring sword classes to their school! We will be there on Thursday evenings and Saturdays starting on June 15th. Come over and check it out.
