Presbyterian College pitching and hitting all-star Morgan Hess will be back in Ashburn this winter break!

Hess will be available for lessons starting December 16th through January 6th.

The outfield and hitting sessions will be taught by Hokies 2021 3rd team All-American, First Team All ACC Outfielder Emma Ritter, and 2-time All ACC Outfielder Kelsey Brown.

Trainer Highlight: Chalise Hammie (Wake Forest, NC)

Chalise Hammie was a former collegiate athlete at Louisburg College and Greensboro College 2012’ where she played outfield. She coached one season at Greensboro College as their outfield coach as as well as assistant strength and conditioning coach for the program.

Following that year, Chalise became the head coach for High Point Central High School Softball during their rebuilding year, and was named Coach of The Year for the 2020-2021 season.

She has helped send athletes to play collegiate softball at all divisions (Lander University, Campbell University, Guilford College, & Wentworth institute of Technology).

Chalise’s motto is “NeverDone” and “Better Than the Last”. Those two mantras will always allow you to grow in all aspects of life not just sports because you’re always trying to be better than you were before.
