EMBRACE the TEAM LLC is an opportunity for teams/groups to collectively problem solve in efforts to foster team cohesion.

Based on the premise of social cognitive theory (Bandura, 1993), EMBRACE the TEAM LLC intends to build cohesion amongst teams/groups through participants’ exploration of personal efficacy in conjunction with perceptions of collective efficacy.
