After a C-section in 1999, she hadn’t been able to do a single sit-up… until last week. During the workout, Coach Sachi programmed a station with overhead dumbbell sit-ups — and she fully expected to fail.

But something incredible happened. 💥

The moment she tried to sit up, she came all the way up with ease… and ended up completing 30 reps. THIRTY. 🙌

That’s the power of consistent training, functional movement, and building strength from the inside out. Sometimes the progress you’re making is happening before you even realize it. ❤️
