Our goal here is to get beginner wrestlers more match time without the travel and long weekends to prepare them for future competitions, and teach them how the team “dual” format works. We should conclude within 2 hours. We will provide coaches for them, each match will be officiated, and a scoreboard will display the match score. We want everyone to get as much match time as possible. Contact us for registration or more info!

In 2021 took a huge leap of faith and abandoned folkstyle to only train athletes in Freestyle/Greco ("FRECO"). It help produce a US World Team Member, 2 US National Team Members (Top 3 placement), female and male Pan Am US National Team Members, as well as multiple Fargo All Americans.

Congratulations to all of our youth fighters and coaches. Out of over 70 teams we are ranked number 4 in the nation. We accomplished this in just our second year. The number one team had over 40 fighters compared to our 10. This is super impressive and I'm excited for the future. There's no way we could of done this without the hard work from the kids,coaches and parents. Also thank you to everyone who donated and made this possible.

Congratulations to Lucca for placing third at MMA Youth Nationals. He went 3-1 with his only loss to the champion. Lucca is a special kid and we have no doubt we will win it all next year.
