Team, due to the popular demand for the the Friday morning time slots, we are adding an extra class to the schedule starting next week! For those of you who love to workout on Friday mornings, we now have classes at 6 AM, 8 AM, and 9:05 AM. Come get the shakes 🤩👊🏻🙌🏻
Team, starting this week, I will be coaching an 8 am class on Fridays for those of you who want to take a class before work! I’m excited for this new time slot and can’t wait to see many of you bright and early on Fridays ☀️🙌🏻💪🏻
I’ve been coming to the Ashburn studio since July and I love it. The instructors are great and motivating. I definitely feel stronger from doing these challenging workouts!
