RUN Patrol
An hour long challenging full body athletic workout that combines running/walking and strength conditioning. All levels welcome.
You just need running shoes and a willingness to push your own limits! Meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7AM in Brambleton. RUN Patrol is lead by Jennifer Arute Jones - a long time Brambleton resident who is an avid runner and triathlete, a run coach, and an AFAA certified Group Fitness instructor. Hey team - wanted to share a reflection from my workout today. After my flat run warm up, I did 10 hill repeats each followed by approximately a 1/4 mile flat run. While doing this workout I began to reflect on how running can be a great metaphor for life - any hill no matter the size from the bottom can look daunting, when you are climbing itโs hard and you might want to give up, BUT if you keep putting one foot in front of the other you WILL reach the top!!! And best of all once you've completed the climb, any flats or downhills will seem easier than before! Can anyone guess where this hill is located?
