Confident Girls Are Good Friends 💕

This week, we focused on friendship in action! Rather than just talking about what it means to be a good friend, the girls put friendship into practice through movement, teamwork, real-life scenarios and creating their very own Friendship Shields to take home.

🌈 We kicked things off with a Skittles Friendship icebreaker, sharing what we look for in a friend and what kind of friend we want to be.

📚 We read Dare by Erika Frankel and talked about using our brave voices to stand up for ourselves and others.

💫 Next, we brought friendship to life through hula hoop charades, acting out friendship words and real-life scenarios.

🎨 To wrap up, each girl created her own Friendship Shield, complete with a Friendship Pledge. The girls proudly presented their shields to one another before taking them home to share with their families.

💗 Our big takeaway? Healthy friendships should feel safe, respectful, fun and mutual. When we learn to be good friends to others, we also build confidence in ourselves! Because confident girls don’t just find good friends — they learn how to be good friends, too!

✨ Confident Girls Complete Their Mission! ✨

Did you know that 7 in 10 girls struggle with believing they are good enough? Confident Girls are on a mission to change that! 💪💖

This week, we explored the power of positive self-affirmations and created our own empowering phrases to remind ourselves of our worth. We celebrated who we are: kind, creative, and enthusiastic; with powerful brains, generous hearts, and the determination to never give up—because when challenges arise, we find solutions! 🌟

Then it was time for action! We tackled an obstacle course and took on Mission Possible, a challenging game that required teamwork, problem-solving, and communicating without saying a word! 🤝

We brought all these lessons together as we finished our artistic self-portraits. Each girl presented her masterpiece to the group, practicing public speaking, building confidence, and finding her voice to share what matters most to her. 🎨🎤

Now, our Confident Girls are taking their masterpieces home to display somewhere they can see them every day—a beautiful reminder of who they are, what makes them special, and the most important message of all:
💕 You are capable. You are valuable. You are enough—just as you are! 💕
