Congrats to all our Xcel gymnasts for a fantastic season! They've all learned and grown so much this past year. States this year held a lot of personal bests, and truly was a result of the hard work each and every one of them put in this year. We can't wait to watch you girls continue to thrive!

Our compulsory teams have been on fire when it comes to beam and bars!! From cartwheels to kips they've been doing it all. We love seeing their confidence grow with each new skill 💚

Adding even more hands to our 9.5+ hall of fame! These girls have been working so hard this year and the scores are reflecting all that hard work 💕. Keep them coming!!

It looks like we have some future coaches in our midst! These little ones showed up early to practice, and worked on their shapes with each other. We love seeing how much they've learned, but also how good of friends they've all become! There's no bond like one with a teammate 💕

We are so proud of our level 3 and 4 gymnasts! They had a phenomenal performance at this year's VA State Championships 🎉. We had some personal bests, great attitudes, and came home with lots of clinking! We can't wait to see just how far they'll go 🤸🏼‍♀️

Our optional girls wrapped up their meet season! Now it's time for upgrades and some fun! We want all our girls to have the chance to let loose sometimes and have fun. This game of stick tac toe was a great way for them to do so, and even have some built in team bonding ☺️
