A day off of school doesn't mean you have to miss work too. We have you covered with our day camps! Day camps run from 9:00-4:00 and include gymnastics instruction, arts and crafts, games, and fun activities. Your child will get to run, play, and flip all while under the instruction of our amazing coaches. Head to our website to register, or contact our front desk. Revisiting the basics: cast edition! A strong pike compression is vital to have a powerful cast. Adding in a ball and goal is a fun way to introduce them, and always a hit to add back into the rotation.

Trying out Candy Land bars with the level 3s! We played around with it to create rules/ assignments that paired with the game and where the girls are at. They had an absolute blast with this one and love to be able to earn this fun day activity!
