A few shots from last weekend's Wicked Warrior Ruck in support of Boulder Crest Foundation

This was our third year rucking with them and a great time was had by everyone. Lovely weather, beautiful fall foliage, excellent company and a wonderful cause.

Dec 6th: BACKWARDS HALFROX (Run, wall balls, run lunges, run, farmer carry etc etc!!)

HYBRID STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Monday and Wednesday 12pm

Kickoff October 5th!

Build strength. Improve mobility. Perform better.

Sessions combine structured strength training with targeted mobility work to improve movement efficiency, increase range of motion, and build resilience against injury. Expect exercises that strengthen key muscle groups, address muscular imbalances, and enhance your ability to move efficiently through the demands of hybrid racing.

This class is open to EVERYONE, not just those who are training for a hybrid competition. Signup through your Glofox app. See you next week!!
