Be proud of your efforts this season. I know this is difficult especially for my senior athletes, but you’ve come a long way throughout your season(s) and careers . Be proud of the journey, some successful, others not so successful. As you embark and prepare for a new season of your life, take some time to reflect of all you’ve done. Give yourself a round of applause, a pat on the back; tell yourself good job, then hug yourself tight and say I love myself and I’m proud of myself!
