Announcement for Beyond Wellness L.L.C patients!

Beginning January 2021, Beyond Wellness L.L.C will not bill out dry needling therapy to insurance companies due to refusal of payment by the insurance providers. The responsibility will fall on the patient to incur the cost out of pocket. In terms of the cost, dry needling for one or two areas/muscles will be $25 and 3 or more areas/muscles will be $35. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!

There's a lot of negativity out there in the world today. It's time for some positivity! It's time to start making a difference in our community! We want to show SUPPORT to our local businesses and our GRATITUDE to those out there on the frontlines every day fighting the invisible enemy of COVID-19. We will be donating $100 worth of lunches/dinner from Manhattan Pizza to the ICU nurses and Birthing Inn nurses of INOVA Hospital in Lansdowne. We here at Stretch Zone - Ashburn challenge Row HouseYogaSix Old Glory Gym to do the same. Pick your restaurant or business of choice and pick your heroes of choice whether it's the hospital or doctor's office, first responders, military etc. Then put out the challenge to 3 other businesses in the community. We can all make a difference and we will get through this! God Bless!

In our everyday lives we rely on single leg strength. Walking? Getting in and out of the car? Going up and down the stairs? We do all of it one leg at a time. From a functional strength standpoint, it’s important for us to incorporate single leg strength training into our programming. It makes your day to day activities easier both today and in the future.

Single leg RDL’s are a great exercise for developing single leg strength but sometimes balance can make it a hard movement to execute efficiently. A stagger stance deadlift as seen in this photo will give you the same stimulus as an RDL but it takes balance out of the equation.
