2024 Dulles Little League Juniors All-Stars

We wanted to share a special thank you to the people in Wise/Big Stone Gap, Virginia. From the moment we arrived a week ago, we were greeted with the utmost kindness and genuine care for our families.

The Inn at Wise staff : thank you for being so accommodating, and we truly enjoyed being there more than you'll ever realize. You have such a unique property located in the heart of downtown. We loved every minute of our stay with you.

To Aaron and the staff at El Dorado Grill in downtown Wise : thank you for not only your generosity, but for handling our large groups on short notice. We will always remember our fun times at your restaurant. From the beer towers, to the large burritos, our time spent with you over the last week was a definite highlight of our trip. See the picture below.

To the local police officers in Wise, VA who took the time to talk with us - those are memories we won't soon forget. Thank you for your service. It was a highlight of our trip to hear about your personal stories, and the town of Wise from your perspective.

To the people at Union Little League : we truly enjoyed getting to meet you, and getting to know some of you along our Juniors baseball journey. We gained some fans including Chris, a new vocal supporter of ours for the DTQ Virginia state semifinal game! To the grounds crew, organizers, and announcers - it was a wonderful experience getting to know your story and learn about your hometown. We are envious of your massive community pride that show out for all your sporting events. You ran an outstanding tournament, and we were proud and honored to be a part of it.

Being 6.5 hours away from home, many of us hadn't ever been to your part of the state. Although the tournament didn't end the way we had hoped, we will forever have amazing memories of the time we spent there.

The journey ended today for our Juniors. A hard fought, extra inning game. Thank you to all the families and coaches supporting this amazing groups of boys. An unforgettable run.
