From professional athletes training for the NFL draft, to the soccer mom putting herself first for once, we tailor every session to meet the individual’s need.

Made up of dedicated and skilled coaches who utilize their athletic experience to enhance the abilities of each client, Power Train™ creates the optimal training environment for success. Founded in 2001 by Steve Saunders, and headquartered out of Central Pennsylvania, Power Train owns and operates over 28 locations in eight states across the eastern United States. Saunders, an active member on the Under Armour® Worldwide Training Council, has provided best-in-class sports performance and fitness training to pro-athletes and individuals of all ages for over 20 years.

With Power Train’s workout, you don’t need to spend hours sweating over a stair master, you just need to commit to giving each workout with us your all. Along with personalized coaching through every rep, our gym-goers enjoy basic health, wellness and nutrition advice to enhance their performance and improve their health outside of the gym.
