Murph is probably one of the most scalable Hero WODs there is… but somehow every year our ego tells us to send it Rx šŸ˜…

Scaling isn’t ā€œtaking the easy way out.ā€
It’s choosing the right stimulus, moving well, and finishing strong.

Vest or no vest.
Pull-ups or bands.
Run, jog, or walk.

May is also Mental Health Awareness Month and we don’t really talk about it in Filipino culture.. The Titos and Titas will always disregard it as ā€œjust a phaseā€ā€¦ so what do we do? We unconsciously train our calves! 🤣
