Last week, I came out of the bathroom and stopped at this sweet sight—our tiniest dancers, waiting for their next class, completely engrossed in watching our older girls work choreo through the door. 🥹💕
We never know who is watching. Those little eyes are learning more than dance steps—they’re watching how we work, how we encourage each other, and how we carry ourselves.
Our buzzword this year has been CULTURE, and that’s been our focus. We’re being intentional about the atmosphere we create, the example we set, and how we treat one another. Seeing moments like this means so much. 🤍
Dance is a sisterhood, where the little ones have someone to look up to and the older ones begin to understand the difference they can make.
We’re building more than just good dancers. We’re helping grow kind hearts, confident leaders, and girls who lift each other up and we take that job very seriously. This is so much more than dance. 💕
