I got off the first call and Iām still shaking a little.
(Recorded Thursday after our call.)
Not from nerves.
From the thing that happens when youāre in a room with people who are using AI to get out of their business⦠not deeper into it.
Thereās a version of AI adoption that looks like grinding harder with better tools.
More content, faster.
More automations, tighter.
More output, shinier.
Thatās not whatās happening here.
Whatās happening here is people building the infrastructure so they can actually stop.
Close the laptop.
Be at the school pickup.
Sit at the dinner table without half a brain still on the to-do list.
AI under the hood.
Life on the surface.
If youāve been wondering whether thereās a way to use these tools that doesnāt just create a fancier version of the same hustle⦠there is.
Iām watching it happen in real time.

Thereās a reason you finish the exciting part and stall right before the finish line.
If youāre a big-heart, big-vision, big-dreams kind of person, your brain is wired to solve the puzzle, not babysit the ex*****on.
You crack the hard 80% and then something in you goes quiet.
The momentum dies in the last 20%.
The part nobody sees.
The part where the business actually gets built.
Thereās a name for this.
In Rocket Fuel, Gino Wickman and Mark Winters call it the Visionary and the Integrator.
⨠The Visionary sees the future.
š« The Integrator makes it real.
Most of us trying to build something meaningful are pure Visionary, holding the whole thing alone, wondering why we keep almost-finishing.
Hereās what shifted everything for me:
I stopped waiting to find my next perfectly aligned Integrator and built one.
You can hand Claude the entire philosophy.
The EOS frameworks.
The way you think.
Then go further than any hire could go in a first week.
š Give it your human design.
š Your astrology.
š Your life path.
š Your actual story, the whole arc of it.
And watch it start carrying the 20% you were never going to get to.
This is the work.
This is exactly what weāre building inside Impact, my new community for people who want to use AI like a real partner, not a party trick.
Skills.
Projects.
Scheduled tasks running while you sleep.
The actual difference between Cowork and Claude Code and which one your business needs.
And underneath all of it, a room full of humans figuring out how to stay human while the machines take the load we were never meant to carry alone.
What a time to be alive.
If something in you leaned in while reading this, I want to know. Tell me where you are with it. Iād love to cheer you on. š„°š«¶š
The smartest person in your niche isnāt using AI more than you.
š Sheās using it differently. š
You were never supposed to learn AI like a software course.
You were supposed to train it like an apprentice.
On your voice.
Your offer.
The way only you think.
Every program out there treats AI as a productivity hack.
Faster, more, 10x, empire-while-you-sleep.
Thatās the bro frame, and it produces bro output. š¬š®š¤·āāļø
Generic.
Flat.
Recognizably not yours.
Of course you closed the laptop.
Your nervous system was right.
Impact is the room where we do it the other way. š«
Every week we get on Zoom and build live in real businesses, mine and yours.
Twice a week Iām in the community with you, hands on the keyboard.
Claude specifically, because itās the model that holds nuance, which is the entire point when your work is soul-led.
97 a month.
Cancel anytime.
No contract.
No tier hiding behind a sales call.
Stay one month or five years.
Three months from now youāre not just AI-fluent.
Youāre using it in a way nobody else in your space is, and you can feel the gap closing between where you are and where youāve always known you were headed.
The doorās open.

You were never bad at tech. You just didnāt have a co-creator yet.
Somewhere in the last six months, the gap between what you can imagine and what you can actually build quietly closed.
The sales page.
The website.
The custom GPT that sounds like you instead of the algorithm.
The systems that used to need a team of five.
All of it is now within reach of one person, a clear vision, and an afternoon.
So Iām opening a room.
$97 a month.
One live call a week with me.
A community of conscious entrepreneurs using AI as a real co-creator, not a search bar, not a productivity hack.
No contract.
One month at a time.
Founding member rate locked in for the people who come in early.

Two years of contraction. š
A body that wouldnāt perform on command.
A business that didnāt want to scale the old way.
A city slowly rebuilding itself after Helene took most of it down.
Grief I didnāt have language for.
A nervous system that finally said:
not like this anymore.
I thought I was losing it.
Now I see I was being built.
The thing isā¦
CONTRACTION ISNāT THE OPPOSITE OF EXPANSION.
⨠Itās the doorway to it. āØ
Anyone whoās been in labor ā¦
or held the hand of someone who has ā¦
knows this.
The contractions are how the baby comes through.
The pain is the design, not the malfunction.
Two years of contraction just delivered a version of me I couldnāt have manufactured. ššš«
Slower.
Sharper.
More herself than sheās ever been.
Less interested in performing.
More interested in building things that actually last.
So if youāre in the middle of yoursā¦
the grief, the cycle thatās ending, the identity thatās loosening its gripā¦
Iām not going to tell you to spiritually bypass it.
Iām not going to tell you to manifest your way past your nervous system.
Iām going to tell you it might be labor.
And the thing being born through you is probably bigger than you currently know how to hold.
The version of me thatās back online has watched a lot of people try to skip the contraction.
It never works.
The portal doesnāt open without it.
Iām here for the ones willing to walk through.
Something Iāve been gestating through these two years is almost ready to show you. š¤

Some of you are in the room I just walked out of. š¤
The business model that worked at 31 isnāt working at 42.
The posting cadence that built the audience is bleeding the body.
The 1:1 ceiling is showing you exactly where the architecture wasnāt built for scale.
And nobody is giving you permission to call it what it is:
š GRIEF š
I just closed a 20-year business this month.
Not because it failed.
Because it had become the symbol of every pattern Iām not living anymore.
The over-delivering.
The under-charging.
The āhold space for everyone elseās important vision/offer/dayā version of work Iād outgrown
ā¦.by about a decade. š¬
Everyone else is selling you a growth strategy.
The thing you actually need is the closure.
Thatās the part nobody in this space is willing to doā¦
BECAUSE CLOSURE DOESNāT FIT ON A LAUNCH CALENDAR.
Endings donāt have a CTA.
Grief doesnāt convert.
But hereās whatās also trueā¦
When you close the thing thatās been draining you, whatās underneath is architecture.
š„° A funnel that doesnāt need your daily attention.
š A sales page that does the selling.
ā”ļøAn offer that runs while youāre with your kid, at the beach, or finally healing the way you needed to a year ago.
You donāt have to perform to survive in 2026.
You just have to close the old thing and let us build you the new one. āØ
Swipe through for the full story.
If any of this lands in your body, tell me in the comments.
I read every one. š«¶

Two years ago, an angry ex-client started a smear campaign against me. I went quiet.
Not strategically.
Not as a brand move.
My nervous system pulled the cord and I stopped selling, stopped posting, stopped showing up the way the business āneeded.ā
For almost two years, I let it contract.
The strangest part wasnāt the contraction.
It was the relief.
The part of me that had been holding everyone elseās important results, midwifing everyone elseās vision, smiling while she got smaller and smaller⦠finally got to put it down.
And she didnāt want to pick it back up.
Hereās what nobody tells you about scaling a business while you have a tender soul:
Visibility has a tax.
Itās not in your P&L, but itās there.
And after a rupture, it goes up.
Way up.
You donāt want to disappear from your work.
You want to disappear from the performance of your work.
The work matters.
The performance is whatās broken you.
Most business advice has no language for this.
It says post more, show more, be braver.
And the body that already gave everything says no.
Not no to the work.
No to the showing.
If your body is asking for less visibility, the body is correct.
What needs to change isnāt your willingness to be seen.
Itās the architecture.
A funnel, done well, is containment.
So you can be a private person with a public business.
So your work goes everywhere while you stay home.
Iāve watched the āyou are the productā model break almost every brilliant practitioner I work with at the threshold of $30K, $50K, $100K months.
The work doesnāt break them.
The performing of the work does.
If something in your shoulders dropped while reading this, pay attention.
You donāt need to push through.
You donāt need to be braver about visibility.
You need a different architecture.
Something that holds the work while you rest.
Comment āsoftā if this landed somewhere real⦠a human (me) reads every one.
