Been switching things up things lately. Changing the order of muscle groups, exercises, reps, weight. Finally after a ton of trial and error I think I’m finally on the right path to gains.

After some time off for family and school, I’m finally getting back into it.
I’ve been through so many changes and overcome so much in the last 15 months and to be honest I’m actually proud of myself for once in my life.
