3-week Boot Camps Taking Place All Fall and Winter!

Just to remind you of upcoming bootcamps:
Lyle's 6:00 p.m. bootcamp rages on M-W-F. Hop in any time!
Lyle's TRX class is meeting M-W-F at 7:00 a.m. at the Orange Peel - beginners welcome!

Trish's Men's Boxing Bootcamp starts next week, T/Th at 6:30 p.m. Boxing gloves recommended.
Trish's Core Series starts next week as well, M/Th at 8:30 a.m. Focus on Pilates and strength training to build a strong core.

Awesome crew we've been having at Boot Camp and TRX at the Orange Peel! Thanks for coming out and pushing it!

Healthy Protein Pudding Recipe:

1/2 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbls. Unsweetened cocoa powder
Splash of vanilla extract
Splash of vanilla soy milk
1 or 2 packets of Stevia sweetener (depending on how sweet you want it)

Eat it with a sliced apple or your fav granola to throw in some carbs!

Ready for 2012? Two chances to get fit with Lyle: TRX at the Orange Peel will now be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 a.m., and Bootcamp starts back Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:00 p.m.. All jumping off starting Jan 2nd! $125 gets you 3 classes a week for the month, or sign up a friend and pay only $62.50! See you there!

Hey, hey HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!

Just a reminder about Boot Camp this week. We'll have Boot Camp as scheduled for tonight and Wednesday but I'll be out of town the 23rd-28th. I'll have the final day of the 3-week camp on the 29th and will start again on January 2nd! Just in time for your New Years Resolution Fitness Solution! The 6pm Boot Camp will now be running every week of the month as a new option (try and keep your excitement contained)! Also, Level 1 TRX Strength and Cardio classes will be held at the Orange Peel Music Venue MWF at 7:00am but has limited availability so reserve your spot fast!!!! This will also be offered all month long starting January 2nd 2012!!!!
