Asheville Poker League

Update 2 on the Asheville Poker League.

Even with the new "Game Night" laws coming into, which only allow a select few to operate them. While having a free to play league with points & trophies at the end of a 12 week season, would be illegal even if we follow the Game Night laws exactly.

So until we can get an exemption or alteration or a lawyer who can find us loopholes. We are unable to start the league.

Basically the ALE agent told us we can't run a league under the new rules. This also means that all other NC poker leagues are illegal.

Chips are complete, just waiting for them to arrive. Looking forward to splitting pots and shuffling them. Anyone good at shuffling a stack chips? @ Asheville, North Carolina
