NOTICE TO MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOLS IN/NEAR BUNCOMBE COUNTY:

I've found another school using our name "Asheville Self Defense' in their advertising and on Youtube.com. Please be aware that WE own the domain 'ashevilleselfdefense.com' since 2011, as well as three separate registered 'Asheville Self Defense----' DBAs in Buncombe County. One school registered our DBA in their name even after the county clerk advised them not to. They refused to stop using it, so we had to file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office, and it's working it's way through.

I'm sorry everyone, I know it's a cool name... that's why we picked it! But it's ours, and not available for open use by anyone else.

Please cease and desist.
