This past Thursday I had a strong boundary bulldozed over and it triggered the s**t out of me. 😔

It’s taken the past 4 days to try and recover. I’m still not there yet. But I have things coming my way that are calling for me to be strong in mind and body.

The experience was upsetting to Andrew and my closest friends as much as it was to me.

I’m grateful for the people in my life that believe me and reflect back reality to me.

So I’m taking a couple weeks to move my body and just be for me. I think it’s actually been years since I truly did this practice.

It’s so important to move our emotions through our body, allowing what You can’t process with your mind to find it’s own way out.

I’m okay with having let myself be in stagnation for awhile.

I’m okay with choosing to be sacrificial for awhile.

Healing your karma doesn’t mean you don’t have moments in which you regress into old behaviors.

It’s okay to stop, catch your breath and just be.

Forcing yourself to continue to grow when your soul is too tired is just mean.

Is this a time to be stagnant and rest for you? OR is it time to move? Flow?
