We have 2 NEW Intro to Pole Series options starting soon!

⭐️ Starting June 25th- every Thursday at 5:30 pm

Come join us!

Throughout this 8 week course, you will learn pole alongside a cohort of fellow pole-newbies- Same time, same day- every week!

You will be introduced to basics such as dancing in heels, expressing your sensuality, and yes, even climbing up the pole!

***No previous dance experience required***

Strength is not a pre-requisite for starting your pole journey, but you will be blown away at just how strong (and fierce) you become. Our incredible instructors will meet you where you’re at and build onto your pole repertoire each week with tricks, spins, and choreo!

Pole dancing is not only an amazing workout, but it is playful, expressive, and FUN! Originating in the strip club, pole is a chance to fully embrace who you are and what your body is capable of.

Slither is a beginner-friendly floorwork class centered on presence, embodied movement, and slow, exploratory work close to the ground. This class invites you to move with intention and curiosity, focusing on sensation, breath, and fluid transitions rather than steps.
We’ll break down foundational floorwork shapes and pathways in an accessible, supportive way, creating space to explore at your own pace. Movement will be grounded, sensual, and unhurried, encouraging you to listen to your body and follow what feels natural.

This class is less about getting it “right” and more about feeling, cultivating confidence, fluidity, and a deeper connection to your body from the floor up. Heels or socks recommended.
