Thoughts are illusory and  we’re betting our life on them

Did you know that the brain is talking to the body and telling the body what to do? Did you know that? It’s not talking to you.

Notice a cat is where he is because that’s where he wants to be and when he no longer wants to be there, he gets up and moves to where he wants to be, we are different. We do not have cat consciousness. We have human consciousness, and  we are not where we want to be, we’re in the state of anger or guilt fear some kind of contraction, but we don’t just decide. I don’t like being here and move to an alternative state like happiness we almost have to be forced out of our chronic misery and possibly that’s the purpose of chronic misery is to get us to choose to pivot to move to where we wanna be, I don’t know.
