These events are so much fun. I get to challenge myself. And more importantly I get to see other people challenge themselves in new environments

Some how managing your stay pretty shredded during this “bulk”

Y’all I literally eat waffles, ice cream and cereal every day

I don’t do anything crazy, in fact I mess up A LOT of things and have NO routine or eating schedule right now

I eat exactly what I want and feel like eating

I say all this not to brag, but to tell you what is possible when you treat your body well and find a decent program to follow.

I would LOVE to help you reach your body goals. I don’t just teach this stuff but I live it everyday and hep hundreds of people live it every day too

Dial in your nutrition!! Stop with the fad diets. Make a stand once and for all and figure it out!

Its sooooo simple.
