EAAs!!! Why I always have them in my supplement regimen, and why you should too… Read below 👇🏼

Essential amino acids are required for muscle growth. We have to get these amino acids from outside sources - they are NOT created within the body. There are 9 essential amino acids that you need to build muscle as well as to avoid breaking down muscle tissue. This is important for the performance athlete because we do not want to be in a catabolic state where muscle tissue is being broken down. If there is a way to create a more anabolic environment, we want exactly that.

I, personally, take EAAs during the first bit of my training. I start drinking them during the start of my workout and finish them by about halfway through usually. This allows me to have more essential amino acids in my bloodstream as my body is breaking down muscle and needing to recover. I’ll also take my Confined EAAs alongside C-Block10 carb powder so that I’m also shuttling carbs to my muscles during training (again, a more anabolic environment is key).

Now… let me tell you why CONDEMNED LABZ] Confined is so great and why some others are 💩… Confined does not have any proprietary blends on the label like many supplement companies - so you know they didn’t go cheap and fill it mostly with the cheaper aminos. Also, if the supplement company is promoting BCAAs as a standalone product, they have got you fooled. BCAAs are worthless without the other 6 essential aminos. So keep that in mind… Not to mention Confined also has essential electrolytes that need to be replenished during hard training.

Aside from the performance benefits, the taste and flavors of Confined are awesome. It’s one of the more difficult products for companies to flavor and mask any bitter tastes, but CONDEMNED LABZ] has made an incredible tasting EAA. I personally am a huge fan of the peach iced tea flavor, but the coconut lime is great too.

As promised, I’m doing some product posts to fill you guys in on my favorite supplements from CONDEMNED LABZ] and how I use them. THIS is my preworkout stack!
1.5-2 scoops Convict, 1 scoop Locked Down, and 1 serving of DNA Dispatch. 👊🏼

This stack provides me the energy and focus I need while giving me massive pumps in the gym and helping avoid cramping/fatigue.

The only day I do not take all 3 of these is leg day. Leg days I’ll take a little more of convict for the extra energy and leave out DNA dispatch so my legs don’t fill up with too much blood. (This stuff gives me crazy pumps.)

▫️Convict - best preworkout I’ve ever used. I 100% train harder with the energy and focus this provides (provides good pump too but the next product is the key to pump)
▫️DNA Dispatch - the agmatine sulfate and PeakO2 provided in this are ingredients I always want for pump, along with other great ingredients to fill the muscle with blood.
▫️Locked Down - I always like to take a glycerol powder with my preworkout, and this product has the best possible glycerol - Hydromax which is the best patented glycerol on the market. This also provides my creatine (I’ve never not taken creatine) and has Taurine which helps me with cramps and low back pumps while training.

I’ve never had a better preworkout stack, and the best thing is the taste is just as good as it works. It really was this preworkout stack that was what sold me on Condemned Labz.
