Meet Joanna Chocklett. Joanna is a Richmond native who graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. While attending #JMU she danced in the Virginia Repertory Dance Company, as well as the Contemporary Dance Ensemble.

Joanna teaches at 804 Dance Place and Thomas Dale High School Theatre Department She also dances professionally with Dogwood Dance Project and has been able to choreograph for the DWDP company and youth ensemble. This is her first time working in dance film, and she is continually seeking to grow and build on her creative experiences. Joanna strives to live authentically and share the joy of dance with the community around her.
