Decisions made from fear or a spiraling mind come from a nervous system in survival mode — and survival mode isn’t where our clearest thinking lives.

Pause. Rest. Regulate. Then decide.

This is exactly why I created 30 Days of Breath — guided breathwork born out of my own experience with Lyme, learning to come back to my body when my mind wanted to spiral. 30 days of downloadable, guided audios, pay-what-you-can. Link in bio 🎧

Your psoas remembers every time your body felt unsafe. This one breath pattern helps it let go — try it lying down for 1 minute today. This is the foundation of what we do in 30 Days of Breath (link in bio)

Air hunger is real when you’re dealing with Lyme + Babesia 🫁 The psoas shares attachments with your diaphragm — releasing it has genuinely helped me breathe easier and regulate my nervous system. Try constructive rest pose: knees bent, feet down, gently press thighs away to create space. Breathe into it.

Something I’ve learned living with Lyme disease and Babesia: the psoas muscle is deeply connected to your breathing. It shares attachments with the diaphragm — the muscle that does the actual work of breathing. When I’m dealing with air hunger, releasing the psoas is one of the things that helps me most.

In this video I’m showing constructive rest pose — lying on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor. You can deepen it by gently pressing your thighs away from your body to create more space, then breathing into that space. It’s a simple, accessible way to support nervous system regulation, especially when you’re navigating chronic illness and coinfections.

If this resonates, I’d love to hear how you release tension in your body.

30 Days of Breath: Transform Your Calm 07/14/2026

Nati Yoga
**30 Days of Breath** launches this Wednesday!

This course is designed to be accessible to everyone, so it's offered on a **pay-what-you-can** basis.

Inside you'll find:
✨ 30 downloadable guided breathing practices
✨ A bonus downloadable Yoga Nidra video
✨ Journaling prompts to deepen your reflection and awareness

I feel especially proud of this offering because it was born from my own journey. These breathing practices and the awareness they cultivate became my lifeline as I navigated illness and moments of fear, anxiety, terror, grief, sadness, loss, and uncertainty.

Breath didn't take away the challenges, but it helped me meet them with a little more steadiness, presence, and compassion.

My hope is to make these simple, accessible tools available to anyone who is moving through difficult times and looking for practical ways to support their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and find moments of calm—one breath at a time.

I can't wait to share it with you.

30 Days of Breath: Transform Your Calm Experience daily breathing practices to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate awareness for a calmer, more grounded life.
