98’s Last Red Clay Ride
Al Uotinen and his 98 will end his ABC Raceway racing career during this years Red Clay Classic on Oct 2&3
Al has been a fixture at the ABC Raceway for 47 years collecting 27 feature wins and 6 track championships. As much as we will miss seeing Al race l, we will be more sad not to see him and his smiling personality each week.
Anyone who has crossed paths and spoke with Al knows, he is one of the truly nice guys in racing. Always has time to chat, help others out and race you clean.
The ABC Raceway is going to do a few things to make this last ride for Al special. First off we will be giving $98 to any driver who draws the number 98 and also the 98th driver to register will receive their draw fee at no charge.
We would like provide a bonus to all drivers who make the modified feature an extra $98. That where you the fans come in. We are looking for 26 people to donate $98 to this effort. We will have a special congratulatory card for each of you to sign on Friday and it will be presented to Al over the weekend.
