Some of the biggest jumps in our players this year will be the combination of this program and our 5️⃣0️⃣ Day Skills Challenge. ON THE RISE↗️🌊

Fall is when we get better. TOGETHER.

This incredible group of players and coaches came together to start our fall program tonight. Players from different schools, different travel teams, and different skill levels got in the gym and got after it.

It was great to see new faces, old friends, and a bunch of smiles.

The old saying rings true: a Rising Tide lifts ALL boats. We can’t wait to see this group grow as we continue throughout the fall.

In this game the defensive player must tag the coaches hand before trying to recover on defense. This cues the ball handler which way to attack. Look to score quickly before the defense recovers.
