This week’s events with me at Rogue Pier 39!

Saturday, February 1st at 10a: YOGA
Tuesday, February 4th at 6p: YOGA
Tuesday, February 4th at 7:15p: Discuss Death, Life and Love with End of Life Doula

I’m working with Rogue Pier 39 to bring our community some cool new offerings! We will now have yoga twice a week: Saturdays at 10a and Tuesdays at 6p.

We will also be meeting every first Tuesday at 7:15p (right after yoga) to discuss all things death, dying, living, and loving. We will also meet one Saturday morning a quarter. The first one will be January 18th at 11:15a.

It is National Midwifery Week. I was blessed to have a midwife for my pregnancy and birth with Aspen. Now, as a doula, I have the divine privilege of working alongside midwives!
