✨ From My Heart to Yours ✨
I’m really missing my fellow yogis right now. While our classes are still on pause, I want to gently remind you that your practice doesn’t disappear just because the studio doors are closed.
Yoga can be simple.
It can be sitting quietly for a few minutes, feeling your breath.
It can be listening to chanting or soft music that settles your nervous system.
It can be slow, intuitive movement on your living room floor.
Even 5–10 minutes a day of intentional presence can help you ground, regulate, and reconnect with your own energy. No shapes. No expectations. Just you, showing up for yourself.
Light a candle. Sit on the floor. Breathe.
That counts. It always has.
I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait to gather again. Until then, keep tending the flame within you.

Kelli 🤍

❄️Important ❄️
Friends,
Due to water damage from this week’s storms at Astoria Arts & Movement Center, the studio is currently undergoing remediation. The third-floor mezzanine space is also being treated, and classes there have been placed on hold while safety testing is completed.
Because of this, I’ll be pausing classes until I’m able to secure a temporary location. I’ll share updates here as soon as I know more.
While I’m disappointed not to gather on the mat right now, this timing feels strangely aligned with the season we’re in.
The Solstice reminds us that the light does not disappear when things go dark. It pauses. It turns inward. It waits.
This is the longest night of the year. A threshold. A quiet invitation to listen beneath the noise and ask ourselves:
What am I willing to carry forward as the light slowly returns
What truth in me cannot be negotiated away by challenge or uncertainty
What am I ready to embody, even in the pause
You do not need a studio or a perfect plan to honor this moment. Light a candle tonight. Sit quietly. Place a hand on your heart and one on your belly. Breathe. Let whatever wants to be known rise without force.
The light always comes back. So do we.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and your continued support. I look forward to practicing together again soon.
