and I are finishing up week three of training together, three days a week. And let me tell you, she is showing up. Yesterday was a perfect example of her dedication and commitment. She comes to the gym right after work, but she forgot her gym bag yesterday. She does not live nearby. And she works in SLO with a very demanding career. I had a busy day and offered her the only time I could meet her, 7:30pm. She said “I’ll see you then.” She showed up, killed leg day and we didn’t get done until close to 9pm.

Way to go girlfriend! I can’t wait to continue on this journey with you! 🤎

I can’t believe I procrastinated on pursuing this path as a personal trainer for so long. In the last few weeks I have not only got to spend more time with current Salty Baes but I’ve also began building relationships with new Baes. It’s lit a new fire under me and I realize this is just another opportunity to connect and help others that I’ve been missing out on.

Each client is on their own journey, with their own goals and their own expectations, but each show up with a smile on their face (for the most part 😅), a positive attitude and ready to do the work.

The best compliment of all is that they chose me to work with them. The trust and confidence they are putting in me does not go unappreciated. As my OG Salty Vitality PT clients, I will forever be grateful for them. 🖤

Being able to celebrate this day because I worked my 🍑 off to get here is truly an unbelievable, hustle come true.

Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart. It’s 24/7 work and really an inconsistent b*tch much of the time.

Sisters or Mom & Daughter? 🤎

I started my tanning business in 2012, popping up my tent in garages, bathrooms, hotel rooms, kitchens, dorms and basically anywhere that I could fit. Traveling to the Bay Area, Vegas and up and down the coast. The little side gig turned into a full time business. Who knew?! I sure didn’t.

All my clients are special to me. But some are extra extra special. Like these beauties. was one of my first clients. I’d conveniently go to her as she had three adorable little girls running around playing dolls and dress up.

Megan continues to age backwards and her daughters continue to grow into beautiful young ladies, including her oldest who is a SENIOR in high school this year. Where did the little girl running around in her mamas heels go?? Now I’m tanning her for all these big milestones and it gives me all the feels. 🥹

Spray tans aren’t just spray tans. I appreciate the time with my clients and value the relationships and friendships I have built with so many of them. Together we have been through the ups and downs of life, and their trust in me to give them that (sometimes much needed) confidence boost means more to me than they know.
