Seven years ago today me and WJ ran our last stroller run. I won second in my age group.

The race was in support of The Bridge of Georgia, a school for exceptional children. My son used to be a student there. 🧩

I'm still on post-op exercise restriction 🙄. But I feel great and am looking forward to whipping this body into half marathon shape again.

This pic is from the 2020 Publix half marathon in Atlanta. We also got to watch the Olympic Trial marathon the day before.
